Non-Urgent Appointments
If you are medically unwell and need an appointment urgently, please contact reception by phone.

Requesting Your Appointment
In order to get you the most appropriate treatment in a timely manner the reception staff may need to ask you some questions about why you need to see the doctor or the nurse.
-
When an appointment is for a specialised procedure please specify when making the appointment.
-
Patients with more than one issue to discuss should book an extended consultation to ensure that appropriate consultation can take place. Otherwise, patients may be asked to book another appointment at a later date. Please be advised that the extended consult may cost up to €110 at the doctor's discretion of what is required during the consultation.
-
Urgent cases will be seen on the day where possible but we may not be able to offer a choice of doctor or time.

Alternative options will be provided if required. You will also be advised/referred to our punctuality policy for the practice.
